चंद्रपूर लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाची कारवाई
चंद्रपूर,13 सेप्टेंबर : सेवानिवृत्ती पेन्शनचे कागदपत्रे महालेखापाल नागपूर यांचेकडे पाठविण्याकरिता एका सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचाऱ्याकडून लाच मागणाऱ्या चंद्रपुर जिल्हा परिषदेमधील शिक्षण विभागातील वरिष्ठ लिपिका 5 हजाराची लाच घेताना लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाने अटक केली आहे . गोपाळ उमाजी पेंटेवार असे वरिष्ड लिपिकाचे नाव आहे. ही घटना आज मंगळवारील (13 सप्टेंबर) ला चंद्रपुर जिल्हा परिषदेच्या प्रवेशद्वारावर घडली.
पोलिस सुत्रानुसार, तक्रारदार सेवानिवृतत कर्मचारी हे तळोधी ( तालुका चिमूर ) येथील रहिवासी आहेत. ते कनिष्ठ लिपिक पदावरून सेवानिवृत्त झाले होते. त्यांचे निवृत्ती पेन्शनचे प्रकरण चंद्रपुर जिल्हा परिषदेच्या माध्यमिक शिक्षण विभागाकडे होते. मात्र वरिष्ठ लिपिक गोपाळ पेंटेवार यांनी सेवानिवृत्त प्रकरणाचे कागदपत्रे महालेखापाल नागपूर यांचेकडे पाठविण्यासाठी फिर्यादीला 5 हजार रुपयांची लाच मागितली होती. तक्रारदार यांना या प्रकरणात स्वतःच्या कामाकरिता लाच देण्याची इच्छा नसल्याने त्यांनी याबाबत चंद्रपूर लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाकडे तक्रार दाखल केली होती. लाचलुचपत विभागाने या तक्रारीची पडताळणी केल्यानंतर संशयीत आरोपीला पकडण्याकरीता सापळा रचला होता.
लाचलुचपत विभागाचे पोलीस निरीक्षक शिल्पा भरडे यांनी, सापळा रचून लाचेची तडजोडीअंती 4 हजार रुपये रक्कम स्वीकारताना पेंटेवार यांना चंद्रपूर जिल्हा परिषदेच्या गेट समोर आज मंगळवारी रंगेहात अटक करण्यात आली. ही कारवाई लाचलुचपत चंद्रपूर विभागाचे पोलीस उपअधीक्षक अविनाश भामरे यांच्या मार्गदर्शनात पोलीस निरीक्षक शिल्पा भरडे यांच्या नेतृत्वात कार्यालयीन कर्मचारी रमेश दुपारे, नरेश ननावरे, पुष्पा कोचाळे, वैभव गाडगे, मेघा मोहूर्ले, अमोल सिडाम, रवी ढेंगळे यांनी संयुक्तीपणे पार पाडली.
Senior Clerk of Zilla Parishad Chandrapur arrested for taking bribe from retired employees

Chandrapur, September 13: The anti-bribery department has arrested a senior clerk in the education department of Chandrapur Zilla Parishad who was demanding a bribe from a retired employee to send the retirement pension documents to the Accountant General Nagpur. The name of the Senior Clerk is Gopal Umaji Pentewar. This incident took place on Tuesday (September 13) at the entrance of Chandrapur Zilla Parishad.
According to police sources, the complainant, a retired employee, is a resident of Talodhi (Taluka Chimur). He was retired from the post of Junior Clerk. His retirement pension case was with the Secondary Education Department of Chandrapur Zilla Parishad. But Senior Clerk Gopal Pentewar demanded a bribe of 5 thousand rupees from the plaintiff to send the documents of the retired case to Accountant General Nagpur. As the complainant did not want to pay bribe for his own work in this case, he filed a complaint with Chandrapur Anti-Corruption Department. After verifying the complaint, the bribery department had laid a trap to nab the suspected accused.
Police Inspector of Bribery Department Shilpa Bharde said Pentewar was arrested red-handed today in front of the gate of Chandrapur Zilla Parishad while accepting a bribe of Rs 4 thousand after setting a trap. This operation was jointly carried out by office staff Ramesh Dupare, Naresh Nanavare, Pushpa Kochale, Vaibhav Gadge, Megha Mohurle, Amol Sidam, Ravi Dhengle under the guidance of Deputy Superintendent of Police Avinash Bhamre of Lachluchapat Chandrapur Division under the leadership of Police Inspector Shilpa Bharde.
