चंद्रपूर : वेकोलि (WCL) चंद्रपूर परिसरातील दुर्गापूर खाणीचे शिफ्ट मॅनेजर डी.के. कराडे यांना सीबीआयने लाच घेताना रंगेहात पकडले. डी.के. कराडे यांनी सदर खाणीत काम करणाऱ्या कोळसा कामगाराला इच्छित ठिकाणी ड्युटी लावण्यासाठी लाच मागितली होती. याबाबत संबंधित कर्मचाऱ्यांनी सीबीआयकडे तक्रार केली. लाच मागणाऱ्या वेकोलिच्या अधिकाऱ्याला रंगेहात पकडण्याची योजना सीबीआयने आखली आणि डी.के. कराडे यांना डीआरसी कॉलनी येथील राहत्या घरी लाच घेताना रंगेहात पकडले.
वेकोलिच्या एका शिफ्ट मॅनेजरला सीबीआयच्या हाती अटक झाल्याच्या वृत्ताने वेकोलि चंद्रपूर परिसर हादरला होता. या वृत्तानंतर अनेक अधिकाऱ्यांमध्ये घबराट आणि अस्वस्थता वाढली आहे.
सीबीआयने लाच घेताना वेकोलिच्या अधिकाऱ्याला काही दिवसांत पकडण्याची ही दुसरी घटना आहे.
CBI caught Vekoli (WCL) officer red-handed while taking bribe
Chandrapur: Shift Manager of Durgapur mine in Vekoli (WCL) Chandrapur area D.K. Karade was caught red-handed by the CBI while accepting bribes. D.K. Karade had demanded a bribe from a coal worker working in the said mine to arrange duty at the desired location. The concerned employees complained to the CBI about this. The CBI hatched a plan to catch the Vekoli (WCL) official red-handed and D.K. Karade was caught red-handed accepting bribe at his residence in DRC Colony.
The news of the arrest of a shift manager of Vekoli (WCL) by the CBI shook the Vekoli (WCL) Chandrapur area. After this news, panic and restlessness has increased among many officials.
This is the second case in a few days that the CBI has caught a Vekoli (WCL) official for taking bribes.
