चंद्रपूर, दि. 4 नोव्हेंबर : चंद्रपुर जिल्ह्यात राजकीय पक्ष, कामगार संघटनांचे आंदोलन, जातीय सामाजिक संघटनांकडून करण्यात येणारे आंदोलन, निदर्शने, मोर्चा, अतिमहत्वाचे व्यक्तीचा दौरा तसेच सध्या देशात व राज्यातील चालू घडामोडी संबधाने तसेच चंद्रपुर जिल्ह्यात होणारी विविध राजकीय, सामाजिक, जातीय कार्यक्रम,आंदोलने व निदर्शने आदी कार्यक्रमामुळे तसेच सण व उत्सवादरम्यान कायदा व सुव्यवस्था अबाधित राखण्याच्या दृष्टीने चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यात दि. 1 नोव्हेंबर ते 15 नोव्हेंबर 2022 च्या रात्री 12 वाजेपर्यंत महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अधिनियम 1951 चे कलम 37 (1) व (3) लागू करण्यात येत आहे. असे आदेश जिल्हाधिकारी तथा जिल्हा दंडाधिकारी विनय गौडा जीसी यांनी निर्गमित केले आहे.
या कालावधीत कायदा व सुव्यवस्था अबाधित राखण्याच्या दृष्टीने विवक्षित कृतींना मनाई करणे व अव्यवस्थेला प्रतिबंधात्मक उपाय करणे आवश्यक आहे. तरी, सदर कालावधीत कोणतीही व्यक्ती शस्त्र, सोटे, तलवारी, भाले, दंडे, बंदुका, सुरे, काठ्या, लाठ्या किंवा शारीरिक इजा करण्यासाठी वापरता येईल अशी इतर कोणतीही वस्तू बरोबर नेणे, कोणताही दाहक पदार्थ किंवा स्फोटक पदार्थ बरोबर नेणे, दगड किंवा इतर क्षेपणास्त्रे किंवा साधने बाळगणे, जमा करणे किंवा तयार करणे, व्यक्तीच्या आकृत्या, प्रतिमा यांचे प्रदर्शन करणे, जाहीरपणे घोषणा करणे, गाणी म्हणणे, वाद्य वाजविणे, तसेच यामुळे सभ्यता आणि नीतिमत्ता यास धोका पोहोचेल अशी किंवा राज्याची सुरक्षितता धोक्यात येईल असे किंवा आवेशपूर्ण भाषणे करणे, हावभाव करणे, चित्रे, चिन्हे, फलक किंवा इतर कोणताही जिन्नस किंवा वस्तू तयार करणे, त्यांचे प्रदर्शन करणे, त्याचा जनतेत प्रसार करणे इत्यादीस प्रतिबंध करण्यात येत आहे.
तहसीलदार तथा तालुका दंडाधिकारी अथवा संबंधित पोलिस स्टेशन अधिकारी यांच्या पूर्व परवानगीशिवाय कोणीही सभा, मोर्चा, उत्सव व मिरवणुका काढू नये. पाच किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त व्यक्ती सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी, रस्त्यावर किंवा चावडीवर जमा होणार नाहीत किंवा कोणतेही कार्यक्रम आयोजित करणार नाही. याची नोंद घ्यावी. सदर आदेश दि. 2 नोव्हेंबर ते 15 नोव्हेंबर 2022 चे रात्री 12 वाजेपर्यंत संपूर्ण चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्याच्या कार्यक्षेत्राकरीता लागू राहील, असे जिल्हाधिकारी तथा जिल्हा दंडाधिकारी विनय गौडा यांनी निर्गमित केलेल्या आदेशात नमूद आहे.

Section 37 (1) and (3) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 is being enforced from 1 November to 15 November 2022 till 12 midnight. Such orders have been issued by Collector and District Magistrate Vinay Gowda GC. In order to maintain law and order during this period, it is necessary to prohibit illegal activities and take preventive measures against disorder. However, during the said period no person shall carry with him arms, clubs, swords, spears, clubs, guns, clubs, sticks, clubs or any other article capable of causing bodily harm, carry with him any incendiary or explosive material, stones or other missiles or Possessing, collecting or making instruments, exhibiting figures, images of persons, publicly proclaiming, singing, playing musical instruments, as well as making passionate speeches, gestures, or gestures which endanger decency and morals or endanger the security of the State; Making, exhibiting, disseminating the same to the public etc. of pictures, symbols, placards or any other kind or object is prohibited.
