१५ दिवसांत कागदपत्रे देणे आवश्यक
चंद्रपूर ३ ऑक्टोबर - चंद्रपुर शहरातील फेरीवाल्यांच्या समस्या सोडविण्यासाठी त्यांची चंद्रपुर शहर महानगरपालिकेकडे नोंदणी होणे आवश्यक आहे त्या अनुषंगाने चंद्रपुर मनपातर्फे सर्वेक्षणाचे काम पुर्ण करण्यात आले असुन कुठलाही लाभार्थी योजनेपासून वंचित राहू नये यासाठी चंद्रपुर शहरातील फेरीवाल्यांनी १५ दिवसांत चंद्रपुर शहर महानगरपालिकेकडे आवश्यक त्या कागदपत्रांची पूर्तता करून सहकार्य करण्याचे आवाहन आयुक्त विपीन पालीवाल यांनी चंद्रपुर शहर फेरीवाला समितीच्या बैठकीत केले.
चंद्रपुर शहर फेरीवाला समितीची सभा ३ नोव्हेंबर रोजी चंद्रपूर महानगरपालिका स्थायी समिती सभागृहात आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. मा. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचा आदेश तसेच केंद्र सरकारच्या कायद्यानुसार, चंद्रपूर शहर महानगरपालिकेद्वारे राष्ट्रीय फेरीवाला धोरणाची अंमलबजावणी करण्यात येत आहे. याअंतर्गत शहरी फेरीवाल्यांचे सर्वेक्षण करणे, त्यांना ओळखपत्र वाटप, शहर फेरीवाला आराखडा तयार करणे, फेरीवाला क्षेत्रासाठी आवश्यक पायाभुत सुविधांचा विकास करणे इत्यादींचा समावेश आहे. फेरीवाला धोरणाच्या प्रभावी व योग्य अंमलबजावणीसाठी चंद्रपुर मनपा आयुक्त यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली चंद्रपुर शहर फेरीवाला समिती गठीत करण्यात आली आहे. ज्यात महानगरपालिका प्रतिनिधी, पोलिस, वाहतूक पोलिस, सामाजिक संघटना, यासह ४० टक्के फेरीवाले प्रतिनिधींचा समावेश आहे.
फेरीवाल्यांची नोंदणी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होताच फेरीवाल्यांना, विक्रेत्यांना ओळखपत्र दिले जाणार आहेत. नोंदणी असलेल्या फेरीवाल्यांना कायद्यानुसार व्यवसाय करू दिला जाणार आहे. मात्र यासाठी त्यांना प्रमाणपत्र व ओळखपत्र बंधनकारक राहील. चंद्रपुर शहरातील १५६० फेरीवाल्यांचे सर्वेक्षण करण्यात आले असुन त्यापैकी ८०३ फेरीवाल्यांनी प्रमाणपत्र व ओळखपत्रासाठी आवश्यक कागदपत्रे जमा केले आहेत. उर्वरीत फेरीवाल्यांनी १५ दिवसांच्या आत कागदपत्रे जमा करावी अन्यथा त्यांना ओळखपत्र व विक्री प्रमाणपत्र मिळणार नसल्याचे स्पष्ट करण्यात आले आहे. कागदपत्रे जमा करण्यासाठी दि.अं.यो. - राष्ट्रीय नागरी उपजीविका अभियान कार्यालय, कस्तुरबा रोड, ज्युबली शाळेजवळ येथे अथवा

The Chandrapur City Peddler Committee meeting was held on November 3 at the Chandrapur Municipal Corporation Standing Committee Hall. Hon. As per Supreme Court order as well as Central Government Act, National Hawker Policy is being implemented by Chandrapur City Municipal Corporation. This includes conducting a survey of urban hawkers, allocating identity cards to them, preparing a city hawker plan, developing necessary infrastructure for the hawker sector, etc. Chandrapur city hawker committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of Chandrapur municipal commissioner for effective and proper implementation of hawker policy. As soon as the registration process of hawkers is completed, identity cards will be given to the hawkers and sellers. Registered hawkers will be allowed to do business as per law. But for this, they will be required to have a certificate and identity card. 1560 hawkers of Chandrapur city were surveyed and out of them 803 hawkers have submitted necessary documents for certificate and identity card. It has been clarified that the rest of the hawkers should submit the documents within 15 days otherwise they will not get the identity card and sale certificate.
