चंद्रपुर : चंद्रपुर जिले के जीवती तालुका में पुल निर्माण ठेकेदार से 2 लाख की मांग करने वाले सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभाग के कनिष्ठ अभियंता अनिल शिंदे को भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक विभाग ने रिश्वत लेते रंगेहाथ गिरफ्तार किया है।
शिकायतकर्ता ने पिछले साल सितंबर/अक्टूबर माह में RCLWE इस केंद्र सरकार की योजना के तहत, मुंगसाजी कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी, यवतमाल ने चंद्रपुर जिले के जीवती तालुका में पुल निर्माण कार्य किया। उक्त पुल निर्माण कार्य शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा पूर्ण किया गया तथा पुल निर्माण कार्य का पर्यवेक्षण इंजीनियर शिंदे द्वारा किया गया। शिंदे ने शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा किए गए पूरे कार्य के लिए कुल 4 बिलों के लिए लगभग 2 लाख रुपये की रिश्वत की मांग की। लेकिन शिकायतकर्ता को इंजीनियर अनिल जगन्नाथ शिंदे, कनिष्ठ अभियंता (वर्ग-द्वितीय) सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभाग, उपविभाग जिवती, तालुका जिवती, जिला चंद्रपुर को गुस देने की इच्छा नही थी। शिकायतकर्ता 2 लाख रुपये की रिश्वत की राशि का भुगतान नहीं करना चाहता था, इसलिए उसके खिलाफ चंद्रपुर में शिकायत दर्ज की गई थी। शिकायत 07/06/2022 को दी गई थी।
प्राप्त शिकायत के आधार पर दिनांक 08/06/2022 को सत्यापन कार्यवाही में शिकायतकर्ता को 2 लाख रुपये प्राप्त हुए। यह स्पष्ट था कि शिकायतकर्ता के बिल को मांग कर अनुमोदित किए जाने के बाद 01/11/2022 को कनिष्ठ अभियंता अनिल जगन्नाथ शिंदे को फंसाने की कार्यवाही के दौरान पंचायत के समक्ष रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथों पकड़ा गया था।
उक्त कार्यवाही का संचालन पुलिस अधीक्षक ला.प्र.वी. विशाल गायकवाड़ नागपुर, मधुकर गीते, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक ला.प्र.वी. नागपुर के पुलिस उपाधीक्षक अविनाश भामरे, ला.प्र.वी. चंद्रपुर, पुलिस निरीक्षक शिल्पा भरडे और ऑफिस स्टाफ सफौ. रमेश दुपारे, नेपोका. रोशन चांदेकर, नरेशकुमार नन्नावरे, पोकॉ. रविकुमार ढेंगले, वैभव गाडगे, अमोल सिडाम, राकेश जांभूलकर, मपोकॉ. मेघा मोहर्ले, पुष्पा काचोले और चापोका हाके ने इसे सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया है।
अब से, जनता से अनुरोध है कि यदि कोई रिश्वत लेने वाला अधिकारी/कर्मचारी या कोई निजी व्यक्ति अपनी ओर से रिश्वत की मांग कर रहा है तो रिश्वत रोकथाम विभाग से संपर्क करें।
Public Work Department engineer arrested red handed taking bribe
Chandrapur : Anil Shinde, a junior engineer of the Public Works Department, who demanded 2 lakhs from the bridge construction contractor in Jivati taluka of Chandrapur district, has been arrested red-handed by the Anti-Corruption Department while accepting a bribe of 2 lakhs.
The complainant in the month of September / October last year R. C. L. W. E. Under this central government scheme, Mungsaji Construction Company, Yavatmal took up the bridge construction works at Jivati Taluka of Chandrapur District. The said bridge construction work was completed by the complainant and the bridge construction work was supervised by Shinde. Shinde demanded a bribe of Rs. 2 lakh for the entire work done by the complainant for the total of 4 bills of approximately Rs. . But Takkardar's Anil Jagannath Shinde, Junior Engineer (Class-II) Public Works Sub-Division, Jivati, Tt. Jivati, Dist. As Chandrapur did not want to pay the bribe amount of 2 lakh rupees, a complaint was filed against him at Chandrapur. Complaint was given on 07/06/2022.
In the verification proceedings on 08/06/2022 based on the complaint received, the complainant received Rs.2 lakhs. It was clear that after the complainant's bill was approved by demanding On 01/11/2022 Junior Engineer Anil Jagannath Shinde was caught red-handed as he accepted bribes before the Panchayat during the entrapment proceedings.
The said proceedings were conducted by Vishal Gaikwad, Superintendent of Police, LA. Nagpur, Shri. Madhukar Gite, Additional Superintendent of Police, L.P.V. Under the guidance of Nagpur Deputy Superintendent of Police Mr. Avinash Bhamre, L.Pvt. Chandrapur, P.No. Shilpa Bharde and office staff Safau. Ramesh Dupare, Napoca. Roshan Chandekar, Naresh Kumar Nannaware, Poco. Ravikumar Dhengle, Vaibhav Gadge, Amol Sidam, Rakesh Jambhulkar, Mpoko. Megha Mohurle, Pushpa Kachole and Chapoka Hake have successfully completed it.
Henceforth, the public is requested to contact the Bribery Prevention Department if any bribe-taking officer/employee or any private individual is demanding bribe on their behalf.
