चंद्रपूर ८ डिसेंबर : नायलॉन मांजामुळे अपघाताच्या घटनेत दिवसेंदिवस वाढ होत आहे. पतंग उडविण्यासाठी नायलॉन मांजाचे उत्पादन, उपयोग व विक्री आणि आयातीवर पूर्णपणे बंदी आणली आहे. त्यानुसार चंद्रपूर शहर महानगरपालिकेच्या माध्यमातून कडक कारवाई केली जाणार आहे. विक्री केल्यास १० हजारांचा दंड, तर साठा आढळल्यास १ लाखांच्या दंडासह फौजदारी कारवाई करण्याचे निर्देश आयुक्त विपीन पालीवाल यांनी दिले आहे.
दरवर्षी तीळ संक्रांतीच्या उत्सवाला पतंग उडविण्याची परंपरा आहे. त्यासाठी महिनाभराआधीपासूनच पतंग आणि दोरा यांची विक्री सुरु होते. राष्ट्रीय हरित लवादाने पतंगबाजी करत असताना नायलॉन धागा वापरण्यास बंदी घातली आहे. तरीही शहरात हा धागा वापरला जात असल्याचे दिसून येत आहे. महापालिकेचे उपद्रव शोधपथक यावर कारवाई करत असुन नायलॉन मांजा बंदीची काटेकोर अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी मनपाच्या माध्यमातून विशेष पथक स्थापन करण्यात येणार आहेत. बंदीचे उल्लंघन करणार्‍यांवर विक्री केल्यास १० हजारांचा दंड आणि साठा आढळल्यास १ लाखांच्या दंडासह फौजदारी कारवाई आणि साहित्य जप्त केले जाणार आहेत.

Chandrapur December 8: Accidents due to nylon mats are increasing day by day. Production, use and sale and import of nylon netting for flying kites has been completely banned. Accordingly, strict action will be taken through Chandrapur City Municipal Corporation. Commissioner Vipin Paliwal has directed to take criminal action with a fine of 10 thousand in case of sale, and a fine of 1 lakh in case of hoarding.
Every year there is a tradition of flying kites on the festival of Teel Sankranti. For this, the sale of kites and ropes starts a month before. National Green Arbitration has banned the use of nylon thread while flying kites. Still, it appears that this thread is being used in the city. The nuisance investigation team of the municipal corporation is taking action on this and a special team will be formed through the municipality to strictly implement the nylon manja ban. Violators of the ban will face criminal action and confiscation of materials along with a fine of Rs 10,000 for sale and Rs 1 lakh for those found in stock.
