प्रयागराज: उमेश पाल हत्याकांड (Umesh Pal Murder Case) में फ़रार माफ़िया अतीक़ अतीक (Atiq Ahmed) के बेटे असद और उसके सहयोगी गुलाम को उत्तर प्रदेश एसटीएफ (UP STF) ने एनकाउंटर में मार गिराया.
दोनों पर पांच लाख रुपये का इनाम घोषित था. इनका एनकांउटर झांसी (Jhansi) में किया गया. एसटीएफ के दावा है कि इनके पास से विदेशी हथियार बरामद हुए हैं.
इस एनकाउंटर के संबंध में उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस ने जानकारी दी कि असद पुत्र अतीक अहमद और गुलाम पुत्र मकसूदन, दोनों प्रयागराज के उमेश पाल हत्याकांड में वॉन्टेड थे. इन दोनों ने आरोपियों पर पांच-पांच लाख रुपये का इनाम था. झांसी में डीएसपी नवेंदु और डीएसपी विमल के नेतृत्व में यूपी एसटीएफ टीम के साथ मुठभेड़ में मारे गए गए. दोनों के पास से विदेशी कई हथियार बरामद किए गए है.

Prayagraj: In Umesh Pal Murder Case absconding mafia Atiq Ahmed's son Asad and his associate Ghulam were killed by Uttar Pradesh STF in an encounter.
A reward of five lakh rupees was announced on both of them. Their encounter took place in Jhansi. STF claims that foreign weapons have been recovered from them.
In connection with this encounter, the Uttar Pradesh Police informed that Asad son Atiq Ahmed and Ghulam son Maqsudan, both wanted in the murder case of Umesh Pal of Prayagraj. Both these accused had a reward of five lakh rupees each. In Jhansi, DSP Navendu and DSP Vimal were killed in an encounter with the UP STF team. Many foreign weapons have been recovered from both of them.
