नागपुर: नागपूर-मुंबई समृद्धी महामार्गाप्रमाणे (Samruddhi Highway) नागपूर-गोवा एक्सप्रेस (Nagpur Goa Expressway) मार्ग बनविण्याचा राज्य सरकार विचार करीत आहे. या माध्यमातून विदर्भ, मराठवाडा, पश्चिम महाराष्ट्र ते गोवा असा नवा 'इकॉनोमिकल कॉरिडॉर' (Economical Corridor) विकसित करण्यात येणार. अशी माहिती राज्याचे उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस (DCM Devendra Fadnavis) यांनी दिली आहे. नॅशनल रियल इस्टेट डेव्हलपमेंट काऊंसील (Natonal Real Estate Development Council) या संस्थेमार्फत नागपूर येथे बांधकाम व्यावसायिक आणि विकासक क्षेत्रात उल्लेखनीय काम करणाऱ्या विविध गटातील उपलब्धीसाठी पुरस्कार सोहळा उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्याहस्ते संपन्न झाला. यावेळी त्यांनी नागपूर-गोवा एक्सप्रेस वे संदर्भात माहिती दिली.
🏗️ नागपूर 'लॉजिस्टिक हब' होणार (Nagpur logistics hub) नागपूर हे शहर 'लॉजिस्टिक हब' म्हणून पुढे येणार आहे. नागपूर, वर्धा या ठिकाणी पुढील काळात मोठ्या प्रमाणात 'लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट' तयार होणार आहे. भारतातील प्रत्येक मोठ्या शहराला आठ ते दहा तासात नागपूर जोडले जाणार आहे. त्यामुळे या शहरात बांधकाम व्यावसायिक व विकासक यांना फार मोठी संधी असल्याचं त्यांनी सांगितले आहे.
🛣️ महाराष्ट्र राज्यामध्ये ५ हजार किलोमीटरचे 'एक्सप्रेस वे
मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी राज्यामध्ये ५ हजार किलोमीटरचे एक्सप्रेस महामार्ग तयार करण्याचे सुतोवाच केले आहे. समृद्धी महामार्ग हा महाराष्ट्रच नव्हे तर भारतातील सर्वात मोठा इकॉनोमिकल कॉरिडॉर म्हणून विकसित होणार आहे.

पश्चिम महाराष्ट्र ते गोवा हा नवा इकॉनोमिकल कॉरिडॉर तयार होत आहे. याशिवाय केंद्रीय मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांच्या मार्गदर्शनात नागपूर-दिल्ली आणि नागपूर-हैदराबाद महामार्ग विकसित होणार आहे. त्यामुळे विदर्भात लवकरच नवे नागपूर, नवे वर्धा, नवे अमरावती अशी विस्तारित शहरे आकारास येणार आहेत.
🔹महारेरामुळे विश्वासार्हता वाढली- देवेंद्र फडणवीस (MAHARERA ACT) हरितपट्ट्यांचा बचाव करत नवीन शहरे वसवली पाहिजेत. याकडे बांधकाम व्यावसायिक व विकासकांनी लक्ष वेधावे. असे आवाहन त्यांनी केले. या ठिकाणी उपस्थित महारेराचे संस्थापकीय प्रमुख गौतम चॅटर्जी यांची उपस्थिती अधोरेखित करीत त्यांनी मुख्यमंत्री असताना रेरा कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी घेतलेल्या पुढाकाराची माहिती दिली. महा-रेरा सारख्या कायद्यामुळे बांधकाम व्यावसायिक व विकासक यांच्याकडे बघण्याचा दृष्टीकोण बदलला. विश्वासार्हता वाढली. रेरामुळे बांधकाम विकासक क्षेत्रात महाराष्ट्र अन्य राज्यांच्या तुलनेत अग्रेसर राज्य झाले. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी देखील या क्षेत्रात महाराष्ट्राने घेतलेल्या भरारीचे कौतुक केले आहे.
🔹महाराष्ट्रातील अनेक शहरे झपाट्याने विकसित होत आहेत
या कायद्यामुळे महाराष्ट्रातील अनेक शहरे झपाट्याने विकसित होत आहेत. नव्या सरकारमध्ये बांधकाम व्यावसायिक व विकासकांच्या सर्व समस्या सोडवल्या जातील. कोणतीही फाईल थांबणार नाही. तातडीने निर्णय घेतले जातील असे देखील त्यांनी सांगितले. तथापि, सामान्य नागरिकांना परवडणारी घरे आणि हरित पट्टे सांभाळत तयार होणारी विस्तारित शहरे बनविण्याकडे लक्ष द्यावे, असे आवाहन त्यांनी केले.
📕 फायलींवर बसणारे सरकार नाही
महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील नवीन सरकार फायलींवर बसणारे नव्हे, तर वेगाने निर्णय घेणारे आहे. सरकारकडे केवळ दोन वर्षे आहेत. अशा स्थितीत २०-२० सामना खेळायचा आहे, असे फडणवीस म्हणाले.
