चंद्रपूर १५ सप्टेंबर - चंद्रपूर महानगरपालिका हद्दीत नवरात्र उत्सवासाठी एक खिडकी योजनेची (single window system ) सुरुवात करण्यात आली आहे. सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी मंडप, स्टेज उभारण्यासाठी आता मंडळांना ऑनलाईन अर्ज (Application) सादर करता येणार आहेत. सादर केलेल्या अर्जांची छाननी करून संबंधित विभागाकडुन परवानगी मिळाल्यावर महानगरपालिकेतर्फे अंतिम परवानगी प्रदान करण्यात येणार आहे.
येत्या २६ सप्टेंबर रोजी घटस्थापना असुन ४ ऑक्टोबरपर्यंत नवरात्र उत्सव साजरा होणार आहे. सार्वजनिक मंडळांना महापालिका व इतर विभागाकडून रीतसर परवानग्या घ्याव्या लागणार आहेत. शहर वाहतूक शाखा, अग्निशमन विभागाचे ना हरकत प्रमाणपत्र, तसेच सहाय्यक धर्मदाय आयुक्त कार्यालयाकडील नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र व मंडळाच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांचे नियमावली बाबत हमीपत्र घेऊन परवानगी दिली जाणार आहे. ऐनवेळी परवानगीसाठी अर्ज न देता लवकरात लवकर परिपूर्ण अर्ज सादर करण्याचे आवाहन मनपातर्फे करण्यात येत आहे.
चंद्रपुर महापालिकेने दिलेली परवानगी मंडपाच्‍या दर्शनी भागावर मंडळांनी लावणे बंधनकारक राहील. सार्वजनिक मंडळाकडून निर्माल्य गोळा करण्यासाठी वेगळी व्यवस्था करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आले आहे. मनपातर्फे पीओपी मूर्ती ठेवणाऱ्या मंडळांवर सक्त कारवाई करण्यात येणार आहे.
एक खिडकी योजना सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी मंडप, स्टेज उभारण्यासाठी मंडळांना ऑनलाईन अर्ज सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आली आहे.

Chandrapur September 15 - A single window system has been started for Navratri festival in Chandrapur Municipal Corporation. Online applications can now be submitted to the boards for setting up pavilions and stages in public places. Final permission will be granted by the Municipal Corporation after scrutinizing the submitted applications and getting permission from the concerned department.
Ghatasthana will be installed on September 26 and Navratri festival will be celebrated till October 4. The public boards have to take proper permissions from the Municipal Corporation and other departments. Permission will be given with a no objection certificate from the city traffic branch, fire department, registration certificate from the office of the assistant charity commissioner and an undertaking regarding the regulations of the office bearers of the board. Municipal Corporation is appealing to submit complete application as soon as possible without applying for permission in time.
The permission given by Chandrapur Municipal Corporation will remain mandatory for the mandals to put on the facade of the mandap. A separate arrangement has been directed to collect Nirmalya from the public board. Strict action will be taken against the boards keeping POP idols by the municipality.
