चंद्रपूर ३१ मार्च - सध्या महाराष्ट्र राज्यामध्ये कोविड-19 रुग्णांच्या संख्येत वाढ होत आहे. या अनुषंगाने २९ मार्च रोजी मा.सचिव सार्वजनीक आरोग्य विभाग यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली कोविड तयारीसाठी आढावा बैठक घेण्यात आली. यात संचालक, उपसंचालक तसेच राज्य टास्क फोर्सचे सदस्य उपस्थीत होते.
कोविडच्या अनुषंगाने महाराष्ट्र राज्य व जिल्हा स्तरावर रुग्णालयाची तयारी, मॉकड्रील बाबतच्या सूचना आणि औषधासाठा व इतर संधान सामुग्री बाबत तयारीचा आढावा घेण्यात आला. बैठकीत चंद्रपूर जिल्हा प्रशासन व चंद्रपुर महानगरपालिका प्रशासनाला काही महत्वपुर्ण सूचना देण्यात आल्या.
यात आरोग्य कर्मचारी यांनी रुग्णालय स्तरावर आणि कार्यक्षेत्रात भेटी दरम्यान ILI/SARI सारख्या आजाराची लक्षणे असलेल्या रुग्णांची तपासणी करणे, ILI आजारात सौम्य ताप सर्दी, खोकला, अंगदुखी, घसा खवखवणे तर SARI आजारात तीव्र ताप, श्वसनास त्रास होणे, धाप लागणे, तीव्र स्वरूपाचा खोकला इत्यादी लक्षणे जाणवतात. आरटीपीसीआर पॉझीटीव्ह रुग्णांचे नमुने नियमित पाठविणे व कोविड तयारीची मॉकड्रील १० व ११ एप्रिल रोजी सर्व संस्थांमध्ये घेण्यात यावी.
रुग्णाच्या संपर्क क्षेत्रासंबंधित सर्व मार्गदर्शक सूचना व घरी विलगीकरण सूचनांचे तंतोतंत पालन करण्यात यावे, रुग्णालयात औषधी व साहीत्य उपलब्ध राहतील याची खातरजमा करावी तसेच प्रत्येक जिल्ह्यात नियंत्रण कक्ष सुरु करण्याच्या सुचना सार्वजनीक आरोग्य विभागामार्फत देण्यात आल्या.
कोविड संबंधाने नागरीकांना आवाहन करण्यात येते की, गर्दीच्या व बंदीस्त ठिकाणी सह-व्याधी असणाऱ्या व्यक्ती व वृद्ध यांनी जाणे टाळावे, डॉक्टर, पॅरामेडिक्स, रुग्ण व त्यांचे नातेवाईक यांनी आरोग्य संस्था/रुग्णालयात मास्कचा वापर करावा, गर्दीच्या व बंदीस्त ठिकाणी मास्कचा वापर करावा, शिंकताना किंवा खोकतांना नाक आणि तोंड झाकण्यासाठी रुमाल/टिश्यू वापरणे, हाताची स्वच्छता राखणे/वारंवार हात धुणे, सार्वजनीक ठिकाणी थुंकू नये, सर्दी, खोकला, ताप, अंगदुखी, घसा खवखवणे, श्वसनास त्रास होणे अशी लक्षणे आढळल्यास त्वरीत डॉक्टरांचा सल्ला घेऊन लवकर कोविड चाचणी करावी, श्वसनाच्या आजाराने ग्रस्त असल्यास वैयक्तिक संपर्क मर्यादीत करणे, बुस्टर डोस लसीकरण करावे, सौम्य लक्षणे असल्यास स्वतः खात्री करून डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्यानेच औषधोपचार व कोविड चाचणी करावी, लक्षणे सौम्य असली कोविडचा प्रसार इतरांना होऊ नये म्हणुन कार्यालयात, शाळा, महाविद्यालये, गर्दीच्या ठिकाणी, सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी न जात पुर्ण बरे होईपर्यंत स्वतः घरी अलगीकरण करावे आणि डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्यानेच औषधोपचार व कोविड चाचणी करण्याचे आवाहन चंद्रपूर महानगरपालिकेतर्फे करण्यात येत आहे.

Chandrapur March 31 - Currently, the number of Kovid-19 patients is increasing in the state of Maharashtra. In accordance with this, a review meeting was held on March 29 under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Secretary Public Health Department for the preparation of Covid. Director, Deputy Director and State Task Force members were present in it.
A review of hospital preparedness, instructions on MockDril and preparedness regarding drug stocks and other supplies was reviewed at Maharashtra state and district level in view of Covid. In the meeting, some important instructions were given to Chandrapur District Administration and Chandrapur Municipal Corporation Administration.
It involves screening of patients with symptoms of ILI/SARI by health workers at hospital level and during field visits, mild fever, cold, cough, body ache, sore throat in ILI and severe fever, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, severe cough etc. in SARI. Symptoms are felt. Regular sending of samples of RTPCR positive patients and mock drill of covid preparedness should be conducted on 10th and 11th April in all institutions.
All guidelines related to patient contact area and isolation instructions at home should be strictly followed, medicines and materials should be ensured in the hospital and instructions to start a control room in every district were given through the Public Health Department.
In connection with Covid, the citizens are requested that people with co-morbidities and the elderly should avoid going to crowded and confined places, doctors, paramedics, patients and their relatives should use masks in health institutions/hospitals, use masks in crowded and confined places, while sneezing or Use a handkerchief/tissue to cover nose and mouth while coughing, maintain hand hygiene/wash hands frequently, avoid spitting in public places, if symptoms like cold, cough, fever, body ache, sore throat, difficulty in breathing occur, consult a doctor and get an early covid test.
