चंद्रपूर १४ एप्रिल - भारतीय संविधानाचे शिल्पकार भारतरत्न डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या १३२ व्या जयंतीनिमित्त दि. १४ एप्रिल रोजी सकाळी मनपा मुख्यालयात मनपाचे आयुक्त तथा प्रशासक विपीन पालीवाल यांनी माल्यार्पण करून आदरांजली वाहली. याप्रसंगी आयुक्तांनी भारतीय संविधानाचे महत्व अधोरेखित केले. यानंतर उपस्थीत अधिकारी व कर्मचाऱ्यांनी स्वयंस्फुर्तीने भारताच्या संविधान उद्देशिकेचे वाचन केले.
याप्रसंगी मनपाचे उपायुक्त अशोक गराटे, उपअभियंता अनिल घुमडे, डॉ.अमोल शेळके, अनिल बाकरवाले, प्रदीप पाटील, विकास दानव, अनिल बनकर, आशिष जिवतोडे, चॅनल वाकडे, प्रतीक दानव, अनिरुद्ध राजुरकर व अधिकारी कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते. यानंतर आयुक्तांनी भारतरत्न डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या पुतळ्याला माल्यार्पण करून अभिवादन करण्यात आले. मनपाच्या सर्व शाळांमधेही डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांची जयंती साजरी करण्यात आली. यानिमित्त शाळेत भाषण, गीत गायन, भीम गीत नृत्य व शैक्षणिक साहित्य प्रदर्शनीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.

On the morning of April 14, Municipal Commissioner and Administrator Vipin Paliwal paid tributes by placing wreaths at Municipal Headquarters. Municipal Deputy Commissioner Ashok Garate, Deputy Engineer Anil Ghumde, Dr. Amol Shelke, Anil Bakerwale, Pradeep Patil, Vikas Danav, Anil Bankar, Ashish Jivtode, Channel Wakade, Prateek Danav, Anirudh Rajurkar and officers were present on this occasion. After this Commissioner Bharat Ratna Dr. The statue of Babasaheb Ambedkar was saluted by garlanding. Dr. in all schools of the municipality. Babasaheb Ambedkar's birth anniversary was celebrated. On this occasion, speech, song singing, Bhim Geet dance and educational literature exhibition were organized in the school.
