🔹 दीक्षाभुमी येथे 15 आणि 16 ऑक्टोबर रोजी आयोजन
चंद्रपूर,दि. 21 सप्टेंबर : चंद्रपूरच्या दीक्षाभुमी येथे धम्मचक्र अनुप्रवर्तन दिन अतिशय उत्साहाने साजरा करण्यात येतो. दरवर्षीप्रमाणे यावर्षीसुध्दा 15 आणि 16 ऑक्टोबर रोजी या कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले असून धम्मचक्र अनुप्रवर्तन दिनाच्या नियोजनाबाबत जिल्हाधिकारी अजय गुल्हाने यांनी विविध यंत्रणेचा आढावा घेतला.
चंद्रपुर जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात झालेल्या या बैठकीला पोलिस अधिक्षक अरविंद साळवे, सहाय्यक जिल्हाधिकारी रोहन घुगे, निवासी उपजिल्हाधिकारी विशालकुमार मेश्राम, मनपा उपायुक्त विपीन पालिवाल, वाहतूक पोलिस निरीक्षक प्रवीणकुमार पाटील, रामनगर पोलिस ठाण्याचे पोलिस निरीक्षक राजेश मुळे, पोलिस निरीक्षक रविंद्र शिंदे, राज्य परिवहन मंडळाचे विभागीय वाहतूक अधिकारी पुरुषोत्तम व्यवहारे, महावितरणचे कार्यकारी अभियंता सुहास पडोळे, डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर मेमोरीअल ट्रस्ट तथा आयोजन समितीचे अध्यक्ष अशोक घोटेकर आदी उपस्थित होते.
यावेळी जिल्हाधिकारी श्री. गुल्हाने म्हणाले, कोरोनाच्या निर्बंधामुळे गत दोन वर्षात धम्मचक्र अनुप्रवर्तनाचा कार्यक्रम साजरा करता आला नाही. चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यात धम्मचक्र अनुप्रवर्तन दिनाचे मोठ्या प्रमाणात आयोजन होत असल्यामुळे समितीला जिल्हा प्रशासनाचे संपूर्ण सहकार्य राहील. कोणत्याही अडचणी आल्या तर त्या सोडविल्या जातील. या कार्यक्रमाच्या आयोजनासाठी चंद्रपूर महानगर पालिकेने परिसराची स्वच्छता, विद्युत व्यवस्था, पथदिवे, मोबाईल टॉयलेटची उपलब्धता, महत्वाच्या पुतळ्यांची साफसफाई, परिसरात अग्निशमन दल, वैद्यकीय पथक तैनात ठेवणे, तसेच तात्पुरत्या स्वरुपात असलेले रस्त्यावरील अतिक्रमण काढणे आदी व्यवस्था कराव्यात.
वाहतूक विभागाने पार्किंगसाठी नेहमीच्या जागांव्यतिरिक्त पर्यायी जागांचा शोध घेणे, शहरात प्रवेश करणा-या रस्त्यांवर पार्किंग दिशादर्शक फलक लावणे, वाहतूक व्यवस्था व रॅलीच्या मार्गाबाबत जनजागृती करणे, महावितरण कंपनीने या दरम्यान विद्युत पुरवठा खंडीत होणार नाही, याची काळजी घेणे तसेच संबंधित विभागांनी आपापल्या जबाबदा-या व्यवस्थितपणे सांभाळणे, अशा सुचना जिल्हाधिका-यांनी दिल्या. यावेळी आयोजन समितीच्यावतीने जनरेटरची व्यवस्था, दीक्षाभुमी येथे कायमस्वरूपी हायमास्ट, मान्यवरांसाठी विश्रामगृहाची उपलब्धता, स्टॉलकरीता पुरेशी जागा, एस.टी बसची उपलब्धता आदी मागण्या करण्यात आल्या.
बैठकीला आयोजन समितीचे सचिव वामनराव मोडक, उपाध्यक्ष मारोतराव खोब्रागडे, अशोक घोटेकर, डॉ. संजय बेले, मनोज सोनटक्के आदी सदस्य उपस्थित होते.

Chandrapur, Dt. 21st September : Dhammachakra Anupravartan Day is celebrated with great enthusiasm at Deekshabhumi, Chandrapur. Like every year, this year too this program was organized on 15th and 16th October and Collector Ajay Gulhane reviewed the various systems regarding the planning of Dhamma Chakra Implementation Day.
Superintendent of Police Arvind Salve, Assistant Collector Rohan Ghuge, Resident Deputy Collector Vishal Kumar Meshram, Municipal Deputy Commissioner Vipin Paliwal, Traffic Police Inspector Praveen Kumar Patil, Police Inspector Rajesh Mule of Ramnagar Police Station, Police Inspector Ravindra Shinde, Divisional Traffic of State Transport Board were present in this meeting held at Chandrapur Collectorate. Officer Purushottam Transactions, Mahavitaran Executive Engineer Suhas Padole, Dr. President of Babasaheb Ambedkar Memorial Trust and Organizing Committee Ashok Ghotekar and others were present.
At this time, Collector Shri. Gulhane said, due to the restrictions of Corona, the Dhamma Chakra implementation program could not be celebrated in the last two years. As the Dhammachakra implementation day is being organized on a large scale in Chandrapur district, the committee will have the full cooperation of the district administration. Any problems will be solved. For the organization of this event, Chandrapur Municipal Corporation should make arrangements for cleanliness of the area, electricity system, street lights, availability of mobile toilets, cleaning of important statues, deployment of fire brigade, medical team in the area, and removal of encroachment on the road in temporary form.
The transport department should look for alternative places for parking apart from the usual places, install parking direction boards on the roads entering the city, create public awareness about the traffic system and the route of the rally, take care that the electricity supply will not be interrupted in the meantime by the Maha distribution company and also the relevant departments should carry out their responsibilities properly. To take care, such instructions were given by the District Collector.
