ICC का बड़ा फैसला
आयईसीसी ने मंगलवार को उन नियमों की सूची जारी की है जो 1 अक्टूबर 2022 से बदलने वाले हैं। भारतीय पूर्व कप्तान सौरव गांगुली के नेतृत्व वाली पुरुष क्रिकेट समिति ने एमसीसी के 2017 के क्रिकेट के नियमों के तीसरे संस्करण में खेलने की स्थिति में बदलाव की सिफारिश की।
निष्कर्षों को महिला क्रिकेट समिति के साथ भी साझा किया गया, जिन्होंने सिफारिशों का समर्थन किया। नए नियम 1 अक्टूबर 2022 से लागू होंगे जिसका मतलब है कि अगले महीने ऑस्ट्रेलिया में होने वाला आईसीसी पुरुष टी20 वर्ल्ड कप इन नए नियमों के आधार पर खेला जाएगा।
➡️ आइए जानते हैं नए नियम क्या-क्या हैं-
🏏 बल्लेबाज के कैच आउट होने पर भी नया बैटर स्ट्राइक पर आएगा। अभी तक ऐसा होता था कि कैच के दौरान स्ट्राक बदलने पर नया बल्लेबाज दूसरे छोर पर आता था।
🏏 लार पर परमानेंट बैन, कोविड-19 महामारी के फैलने के बाद जब क्रिकेट शुरू हुआ था तो लार (saliva) पर अस्थायी रूप से बैन लगाया गया था, मगर अब लार को परमानेंट बैन कर दिया गया है।
🏏 नए बल्लेबाज को टेस्ट और वनडे में स्ट्राइक दो मिनट में लेनी होगी, वहीं टी20 में इसकी समय सीमा 90 सेकंड की है। पहले बल्लेबाज के आउट होने के बाद नए खिलाड़ी को टेस्ट और वनडे में तीन मिनट का समय मिलता था। अगर बल्लेबाज ऐसा करने में असफल रहता है तो फील्डिंग कप्तान टाइम आउट की मांग कर सकता है।
🏏 अगर गेंद पिच से बाहर गिरती है तो नये नियम के तहत बल्लेबाज के बल्ले का कुछ हिस्सा या उसके पिच के भीतर रहने पर उसे गेंद को खेलने का अधिकार होगा. उसके बाहर जाने पर अंपायर डेड गेंद का इशारा करेंगे. पिच छोड़ने के लिये मजबूर करने वाली कोई भी गेंद नोबॉल होगी.
🏏 गेंदबाज के बॉल फेंकने के दौरान अगर कोई अनुचित और जानबूझकर किसी तरह की मूवमेंट की जाती है तो उसे अंपायर द्वारा डेड बॉल दिया जाएगा, इसके अलावा बल्लेबाजी टीम को 5 रन पेनल्टी के रूप में मिलेंगे।
🏏 यदि कोई गेंदबाज अपनी डिलीवरी स्ट्राइड में प्रवेश करने से पहले स्ट्राइकर को रन आउट करने के प्रयास में गेंद फेंकता है तो वह अब डेड बॉल होगी। यह एक अत्यंत दुर्लभ सेनेरियो है, जिसे अब तक नो बॉल कहा जाता रहा है।
🏏 टी20 की तरह अब वनडे क्रिकेट में भी तय समय पर ओवर पूरे ना किए जाने पर फील्डिंग टीम को एक अतिरिक्त फील्डर 30 गज के घेरे के अंदर रखना होगा।
