🔹पालकमंत्र्यांनी वेकोलीच्या अधिका-यांना सुनावले
चंद्रपूर, दि. 18 ऑक्टोबर : चंद्रपूर शहरातील बाबुपेठ, हिंदूस्थान लालपेठ कॉलनी आणि इतर भागात गत 40 ते 50 वर्षांपासून लोकांचे वास्तव्य आहे. नागरी सुविधांची कामे या क्षेत्रात करण्यात आली आहेत. अतिक्रमण झाले त्यावेळी किंवा जनसुविधेची कामे होत असताना वेकोलीला जाग आली नाही. मात्र आता येथील रहिवास्यांना नोटीस पाठवून त्रास दिला जात आहे. हे खपवून घेतले जाणार नाही. पिठ्यानपिठ्या वास्तव्यास असलेल्यांना वेकोलीने त्रास देऊ नये, अशा शब्दात चंद्रपुर जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री सुधीर मुनगंटीवार यांनी वेकोलीच्या अधिका-यांना सुनावले.
जिल्हा नियोजन सभागृहात वेकोलीच्या नोटीससंदर्भात आयोजित बैठकीत ते बोलत होते. यावेळी मंचावर जिल्हाधिकारी विनय गौडा जी.सी., मनपा आयुक्त विपीन पालीवाल, जिल्हाध्यक्ष देवराव भोंगळे, डॉ. मंगेश गुलवाडे, राहुल पावडे, ब्रिजभूषण पाझारे, विवेक बोडे आदी उपस्थित होते.
देशाचे पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी सर्वांना घरे देण्याचा संकल्प केला आहे, असे सांगून पालकमंत्री श्री. मुनगंटीवार म्हणाले, वास्तव्यास असलेल्या नागरिकांना वेकोलीने यापुढे कोणतीही नोटीस द्यायची नाही. ज्यावेळी अतिक्रमण झाले, त्याच वेळेस वेकोलीने आक्षेप का घेतला नाही. आज त्यांची दुसरी – तिसरी पिढी तेथे राहत असतांना तुम्ही नागरिकांना जमिनी खाली करायला लावता. हे अतिशय गंभीर असून असले प्रकार खपवून घेतले जाणार नाही. अतिक्रमीत जमिनी पुन्हा डी-नोटीफाईड करणे आणि गुगल मॅपिंग करण्याची प्रक्रिया राबवावी. तसेच नागरिकांनी जमिनीचा पट्टा मागण्यासाठी प्रशासनाकडे अर्ज सादर करावे. अमृत महोत्सवी वर्षात जनतेच्या जमिनी जनतेला द्या. आजच्या परिस्थितीत नवीन अतिक्रमण होत असेल तर त्यांना रोखा, याबाबत प्रशासन वेकोलीला सहकार्य करेल. मात्र अनेक वर्षांपासून वास्तव्यास असलेल्यांचे छत्र हिरावून घेऊ नका.
निवृत्त झालेले कर्मचारी हक्काचा पैसा मिळाल्यावर घर खाली करतील. तसेच ज्या जमिनीवर अतिक्रमण आहे, त्याची मोजणी करण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरू करावी. एवढेच नाही खाणीच्या सुरक्षेच्या दृष्टीकोनातून खाण सुरक्षा अधिका-यांना जिल्हाधिका-यांनी पत्र लिहून वस्तुस्थितीबाबत अवगत करावे. मायनिंग सेफ्टी अधिका-यांसोबत व्ही.एन.आय.टी. द्वारे सुध्दा सर्व्हे होणे गरजेचे आहे. गट क्रमांक 329 एसीसी कंपनीला विनापरवानगी कसा दिला, याचा अभ्यास करून जिल्हाधिका-यांनी संपूर्ण कागदपत्रे तपासावीत. नवीन चंद्रपुरच्या आराखड्याबाबत जिल्हाधिका-यांनी बैठक घ्यावी. ओबी बाबतीत रॉयल्टी शुन्य करता येईल का, याचे नियोजन करावे. तहसीलदार आणि वेकोलीच्या अधिका-यांनी ब्लास्टिंगबाबत एक प्रस्ताव तयार करावा, अशा सुचना पालकमंत्र्यांनी दिल्या.
बैठकीला बाबुपेठ, लालपेठ व इतर भागातील नागरिक मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.

Chandrapur, Dt. October 18: Babupeth, Hindusthan Lalpeth Colony and other areas in Chandrapur city have been inhabited by people for the past 40 to 50 years. Civil facilities works have been done in this area. Vekoli did not wake up when the encroachment took place or when the public convenience works were being carried out. But now the residents are being harassed by sending notices. This will not be tolerated. Chandrapur District Guardian Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar told the officials of Vekoli that Vekoli should not disturb those living in pithanpitha.
He was speaking at a meeting held regarding the notice of Vekoli in the District Planning Hall. Collector Vinay Gowda GC, municipal commissioner Vipin Paliwal, district president Devrao Bhongle, Dr. Mangesh Gulwade, Rahul Pavde, Brijbhushan Pazare, Vivek Bode etc were present.
The Prime Minister of the country Narendra Modi has resolved to provide houses to all, Guardian Minister Shri. Mungantiwar said, Vekoli no longer needs to issue any notice to resident citizens. Why did Vekoli not object at the time of encroachment? Today, when their second-third generation lives there, you make the citizens clear the land. This is very serious and will not be tolerated. Process of de-notification of encroached lands and Google mapping should be implemented. Also, citizens should submit applications to the administration to ask for a land plot. Give the lands of the people to the people in the year of Amrit Mahotsav. In today's situation, if new encroachments are taking place, the administration will cooperate with Vekoli to stop them. But don't take away the umbrella of those who have been living for many years.
Retired employees will demolish the house after receiving the right money. Also, the process of counting the encroached land should be started.
