देशातील पहिलाच प्रयोग महाराष्ट्रात,
काय निर्णय घेतला?
मुंबई: जमिनीबाबत इत्यंभूत माहिती देणारा सातबारा आता मराठी भाषेसह अन्य २४ भाषांमध्ये उपलब्ध होणार आहे. देशातील अशा स्वरूपाचा पहिलाच प्रयोग महाराष्ट्रात राबविण्यात येत आहे.
आजमितीला राज्यात दोन कोटी ६२ लाख सातबारे उतारे उपलब्ध आहेत. त्यामध्ये चार कोटी खातेदार आहेत. उपलब्ध उताऱ्यांपैकी दोन कोटी ५८ लाख सातबाऱ्यांवर फेरफार नोंदी आणि अन्य कामकाज सुरू आहे. महाराष्ट्रात अन्य राज्यातील नागरिक मोठ्या प्रमाणावर वास्तव्याला आहेत. तमिळनाडू, मध्य प्रदेश, बिहार, पंजाब, गुजरात आदी राज्यांतील नागरिकांचा यामध्ये समावेश आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर महाराष्ट्रातील अन्य राज्यांच्या नागरिकांना त्यांच्या भाषेतील सातबारा मिळणे शक्य होणार आहे. केंद्र सरकारच्या डिजिटल इंडिया लॅँड रेकॉर्ड अॅक्शन प्रोग्रामनुसार हा सातबारा उतारा अन्य भाषांमध्ये असावा, असे सुचविण्यात आले आहे.
जमाबंदी आयुक्तालयाने या संदर्भात 'सीडॅक' या सरकारी संस्थेकडून ट्रान्सलिटरेशन टूल विकसित करून घेतले आहे. ट्रान्सलिटरेशन आणि ट्रान्सलेशन हे दोन्ही प्रकारचे टूल वापरल्याने सातबारा उताऱ्यातील मजकूर जसाच्या तसा उपलब्ध झालाच; पण भाषांतर झाल्याने त्यातील त्रुटी दूर झाल्या. उताऱ्यातील काही रकान्यांमध्ये कब्जेदाराचे नाव, खाते उतारा असे शब्द भाषांतरीत केले आहेत. महाराष्ट्रात आता मराठी, इंग्रजी, हिंदीसह २४ भाषांमध्ये सातबारा उपलब्ध झाला आहे. देशात अशा प्रकारचा प्रयोग करणारे महाराष्ट्र पहिले राज्य ठरले आहे. आता मध्य प्रदेश, पंजाब राज्यानेही या संदर्भात कार्यवाही करण्यास सुरुवात केली आहे.
मराठी, हिंदीसह अन्य २४ भाषांमध्ये सातबारा उपलब्ध करून दिल्याने प्रत्येक जमीनमालकाला सातबारा उताऱ्यातील माहिती कळणे शक्य होणार आहे. भूमी अभिलेख विभागाच्या वेबसाइटवरून ऑप्शनमध्ये भाषा निवडल्यास संबंधिताला त्यांच्या भाषेमध्ये सातबारा उतारा डाउनलोड करता येईल.

At present there are two crore 62 lakh seven bara excerpts available in the state. It has four crore account holders. Of the available transcripts, two crore 58 lakh seven times are undergoing alteration records and other work. Citizens of other states are living in Maharashtra in large numbers. This includes the citizens of states like Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Gujarat etc. In this background, it will be possible for the citizens of other states of Maharashtra to get Satbara in their language. According to the Digital India Land Records Action Program of the Central Government, it has been suggested that this seventh passage should be in other languages.
In this regard, Jamabandi Commissionerate has developed a transliteration tool from the government organization 'CIDAC'. Using the tools of both transliteration and translation, the text of the Seventeenth Passage is available as it is; But with the translation, the errors were removed. In some sections of the passage, the words are translated as owner's name, account statement. In Maharashtra, Satbara is now available in 24 languages including Marathi, English, Hindi. Maharashtra has become the first state in the country to conduct such an experiment. Now the states of Madhya Pradesh, Punjab have also started taking action in this regard.
By making Satbara available in Marathi, Hindi and other 24 languages, it will be possible for every land owner to know the information in the Satbara passage. By selecting the language in the option from the Land Records Department website, the concerned can download the Seventeen Transcripts in their language.
